poll on theme/skin

What skin are you guys all using and/or which one do you think you will continue to use? (you can vote for multiple)

The new one that is currently set on default is "hello cabaret" (any PotF fans out there?) but you're free to use whatever you like. I just haven't gone back and fixed any of the old skins, so the colors might be off and certainly some images won't be showing up, so if you let me know which ones you want to use I can go fix that.

Also, let me know if anything shows up weird on your screen. I'm not 100% sure I edited everything correctly.

Alrighty, I've updated "last night of the kings" and I think that one is good to go? The only part I haven't changed to match the skin are the header/footer images for the side bar, because the coding for that is global instead of unique for each skin.

If any votes turn up for other skins, I'll update those too!
